Research description

My research project is closely connected with mass spectrometry based proteomics, while focusing on the computational data analysis part. I have been developing a bioinformatic tool, SpliceVista, which enables splice variants centered analysis in shotgun proteomics. PublishedSpliceVista, a tool for splice variant identification and visualization in shotgun proteomics data.
