Seminar: Innovative Mouse Models - from genetic engineering to tissue humanization
The development of sophisticated genetically modified mouse and rat models has aided biomedical research immensely. Moving beyond simple knockouts, newer models incorporate humanization of genes or even cells and tissues.
Learn more about the technologies used to make these advanced models as well as the growing applications in the areas of oncology, immunology, metabolism and vaccine development.
