Lectures in Structural Biology: Gregory Bowman

2013-02-2012:00 to 13:00 Seminar Room A1:313 above Samuelsson-salen

Title: Targeting and regulation of the Chd1 chromatin remodeler

Dr Gregory Bowman is Associate Professor at the Department of Biophysics at Johns Hopkins University (Baltimore, MD).

Dr. Bowman's laboratory studies how chromatin remodelers interact with nucleosomes using biochemistry and X-ray crystallography. A major focus of the lab is how different parts of multi-domain remodelers work together to shift nucleosomes along DNA.
