Welcome to NASP:s Scientific library
Approximately 300 scientific papers are published every month on the topic of suicide. While we believe that it is of utmost importance for researchers, clinicians and decision-makers to keep up with new findings, we also recognize the difficulty of doing so when such a large amount of literature is produced on a continuous basis.
The aim of the NASP scientific library is to provide a service for professionals to keep up-to-date with the scientific literature in a quick and effective way. The services available are:
In this room you will find articles that have been selected by NASP:s senior researchers. Together, these experts read through every publication on suicide, every month. The papers in this reading room are those that we consider to be of greatest importance, or most interesting in the field. This is the place for those who want to keep up with state-of-the art findings in suicidology.
In this room you will find a collection of review articles and meta-analyses on suicide-related topics. When several reviews are available on one topic, we select the one with the best methodology. This is a good room for those that want a quick overview regarding the present status of research findings in a specific area of suicide.
