In the Swedish life science job market the majority of the jobs are ‘hidden’ and there are do’s and don’ts to consider when meeting recruiters, as well as when formulating your CV. So how does the Swedish life science employment market really work?

Career Service has invited former colleague Tina Persson, PhD, specialist in Talent Attraction and Digital & Social Media Communication. With her great experience from the field and knowledge of Karolinska Institutet students', PhD-students' and researchers' need for career support she is willing to share her best advice to succeed in job hunting in the Swedish life science industry.

About the Speaker

Tina Persson has been Recruiter and Sourcing specialist in the Staffing industry for eight years with focus on life science and medical device competences.

She is academically trained with five years as postdoc in Germany at the Max Planck Institut and as Assistant Professor at Lund University. She has published over 20 articles and has two patents. Inventor, Owner and Board Member in Aptahem AB, a start-up company.

Tina is today a ICF Certified Coach and active as Career&BusinessCoach in her own company MyHeadHunter&CareerCoach.
