Jag disputerade 2008 i vårdvetenskap. Idag är jag anställd som forskarassistent vid Enheten för interventions- och implementeringsforskning inom arbetshälsa, institutet för miljömedicin.

Forskningsbeskrivning

Mitt forskningsområde rör huvudsakligen implementering av evidensbaserade metoder, framförallt inom primärvård, rehabilitering och företagshälsa.

Jag är forskargruppsledare för projektet A problem solving based intervention as an intervention in primary health care for facilitating return-to-work among people suffering from common mental disorders – a cluster-randomized trial (PROSA). Forskargruppen består av forskare från Karolinska institutet och Göteborgs universitet, samt internationellt samarbete med forskare i Nederländerna.

Jag har arbetat med utvärderingar av den nationella rehabiliteringsgarantin. I dessa utvärderingar har vi i forskargruppen studerat effekter av garantin på sjukskrivningslängd, hur garantin har implementerats i Sverige och i vilken utsträckning arbetsplatsnära insatser har tillämpats.
