ECTRIMS-MAGNIMS fellowship for research on the application of magnetic resonance in multiple sclerosis has been awarded to Soheil Damangir

Soheil Damangir, Division of Clinical Geriatrics, has been awarded the 2017 ECTRIMS-MAGNIMS research fellowship, awarded by the European Committee for Treatment and Research in Multiple Sclerosis (ECTRIMS) and the European Network for Magnetic Resonance Imaging in Multiple Sclerosis (MAGNIMS). 

The one-year fellowship of EUR 55,000 (SEK 540,000) has been awarded for the project: "Optimizing crowd-sourced solutions toward generating large reference datasets for WM lesion segmentation in MS" to be performed at the VU University Medical Center, Amsterdam, Netherlands, with collaboration of  the Vall d’Hebron University Hospital, Barcelona, Spain.
