High level research and education
The department conducts graduate and post-graduate education, as well as research, within a wide range of the medical field, covering all internal medicine specialties, infectious diseases and dermatology.
Our ambition is to be the leading department for education and clinical medicine.
Postgraduate education
The department aims to run a postgraduate education program of highest quality for its around 100 registered PhD students. The program is equivalent to four years of full-time studies and encompasses 20 weeks of formal education, and supervised research training at one of the clinical or laboratory units at the department.
