MEB Biostatistics Group
The MEB Biostatistics Group is involved in a wide variety of research projects, including population-based cohort and case-control studies, twin and family studies, survival analyses, predictive modeling, molecular and genetic epidemiology, and bioinformatics and high-throughput data analyses.
Founded around 1998, the group currently comprises ~30 biostatisticians, including 3 professors and 4 senior lecturers, a number of postdocs, applied biostatisticians and PhD students.
We collaborate extensively with research groups within and outside KI, and within and outside Sweden; we do not, however, provide any statistical consulting service.
The group teaches a range of biostatistics courses at both undergraduate and graduate levels.
