We conduct research and teaching regarding the function of the brain - from a molecular level to the effect on society. This activity is closely integrated with medical clinics within Stockholm. The Department is organised into eight sections, encompasses about 300 employees, 250 Ph.D students and has a budget of close to 225 MSEK.
