Principal (Huvudman)
The principal (huvudman) is the authority that has legal and economic responsibility for a certain activity.
Biobank principal
The principal that is responsible for the biobank a sample collection belongs to.
Health Care principal
The principal responsible for the health care where the sampling was done, in Stockholm SLL is the health care principal for the majority of samples.
Research principal
The principal who is responsible for the majority of the research activities described in the ethical application. If the research principal is another than the health care principal for a sample collection the samples can be transferred to from the health care principal biobank to a biobank at the research principal.
