Core Facilities
A number of Core Facilities (CF) are available at MTC to give researchers access to advanced techniques, to special facilities as well as to cost-efficient purchasing. Each CF has a responsible supervisor that should be contacted in order to get access to the particular function. Users are billed according to special price lists depending on if they work at MTC or other departments.
In order to provide a better service, MTC also works to coordinate its Core Facilities with those at the nearby located Swedish Institute for Infectious Disease Control (SMI). For many of the individual Core facilities the same prices apply to people from MTC and SMI. Please contact the individual core facility leaders at SMI for more information.
