Reproductive and perinatal care is an area of knowledge that is linked to human sexuality, reproduction and to the start of life.

The researchers are studying factors related to pregnancy, birth, the neonatal period, parenthood, sexuality and the regulation of fertility from a variety of aspects - physical, mental, social and cultural. Through transdisciplinary research, new knowledge is gained into this field, which provides support for health promotion and preventive care.
