Yearly follow-up
The annual follow-up is compulsory for all PhD students and shall take place with one year's interval starting one year after being admitted to PhD studies, i.e. individual periods based on date of formal admittance to PhD studies.
Please note: When your very first Yearly Follow-up is prepared make an appointment with Andrej Weintraub for handling over the document and for a short meeting to discuss the progress during the first year of doctoral studies
This compulsory task is a more in-depth review of the PhD education progress which should take place once yearly during the PhD studies in consultation with the supervisor/s. The form should then be sent to Marita Ward, LABMED, ANA 8, Plan 8. The study director will check the follow-up which then is registered in the student's Ladok files.
Note! The half-time seminar equals the annual follow-up. The nextcoming annual follow-up should thus be performed one year after the half-time seminar.
