Collaboration within Research & Postdoc
Karolinska Institutet collaborates with the world´s high topical organizations. The postdoctoral and research agreements cover both collaboration and exchange.
Karolinska Institutet (KI) collaborates with specific universities in China, India, Japan and USA. All progressing countries in medical research and development.
Major of the postdoctoral activities takes place between researchers and is not centrally regulated. Currently about 1000 postdoctoral researchers are located at KI.
KI also has two local representative offices in Asia. One office in China at Peking University, which represent KI in collaboration with two other Swedish Universities; the Royal Institute of Technology and Chalmers University of Technology. The second office is located in Singapore and administrates exchange programmes within research and postgraduate education.
