Ann is a Pediatrician and Public Health specialist with a MPH from Harvard. She has worked for many years abroad in French Guyana, Mozambique, Angola and Guinea Conacry with Médècins Sans Frontières and in French Guyana she was locally employed as responsible for Maternal and Child Health programs 2004-2006. Between 1999 and 2002 she was President of Médècins Sans Frontières in Sweden. She is a lecturer in Global Pedictrics since 15 years. Her doctoral project is dealing with the effects of pneumococcal vaccine in Stockholm and Uganda.
