Short presentation of current research

My work focuses on the field of urogynecology and female urology. I am currently pursuing three major research areas:

  1. the effects of hysterectomy on the pelvic floor and urinary tract;
  2. hereditary aspects of pelvic floor disorders and lower urinary tract dysfunction;
  3. risk factors for cancer of the upper urinary tract and kidneys.
