LADOK on the web
Welcome to use the new interactive Ladok on the webb system (LPW), where you, as a student, will be able to search and register information.
Login
Use the same login information (username and password) as when you login to your KI email. If you need any help, turn to the IT department:
When you are logged in, choose the section from the top menu, "Utbildning på forskarnivå". You will find all information under each respective research subject. If you are registered for more than one research subject, the last active research subject will be marked as default. To change research subject, use the drop-down menu.
Change of address
You can change your address and telephone number in LPW. This is done by choosing the section "Mina uppgifter".
Printouts
If you are registered for more than one research subject, and would like a printout, you need to print one copy for each research subject in order to have the full picture of all your activities at KI. Altogether, these printouts will form a list of qualifications (UT90, earlier provided by the study administrator of each department). Printouts are so far only available in Swedish, but will soon be available in English.
Verifiable transcripts are available in English.
Browser
As the LPW uses the printing options of the browser, this means that the look of the printouts will vary depending on which browser you use. We recommend to use Firefox.
Questions about your doctoral education
If you have any questions concerning the information in Ladok, turn to the KI department where you are registered as a student. Questions concerning courses to be counted for will be handled by the study director of your department.
