Firdaus Dhabhar is a world leading researcher on the effects of stress on immune function and has contributed strongly with an evolutionary perspective to understand the differential effects of short- and long term stress on immune function and health. He is currently a close collaborator with Nobel Laureate Elizabeth Blackburn on the relation between behavior and telomere length. He is also an excellent and much appreciated speaker.
