The Equality and Diversity Group
The goal for the members of the Equality and Diversity Group should be to investigate obstacles for equal and respectful treatment concerning gender, age, ethnicity, religion, disabilities and sexual orientation within the whole personnel group. They should also come up with suggestions about how MTC can take care of the existing diversity within the organization.
