Maria Hernández
I graduated from the Universidad de Los Andes (Bogotá, Colombia) in 2008 with a B.Sc. in Microbiology and continued on to complete my Master´s degree in the same institution.
Why CIM?
I've always been fascinated with the different strategies used by parasites in order to evade the immune system of a particular host.
And when I saw that at CIM there is a group working on this field, I decided to apply and... Here I am!

Dancing, reading, movies.
