Faculty funds for partial financing of new doctoral student
Once every semester the Board of Doctoral Education invites applications for funding for new doctoral students at Karolinska Institutet, KID-funding. The purpose of KID-funding is to use KI's faculty funds for a graduate program in international ranking. Supervisors apply for funding for the project that the student will be active in.
Announcement - autumn 2013
Deadline for applications autumn 2013 is August 26.
The decision will be announced in December 2013.
NB!
A principal supervisor who has received KID-funding is not eligible to apply for funding in their capacity as principal in the next application round, but can take part in several as co-supervisor.
The application must be approved and signed by the Head of the Department.
