Vi studerar lungan och respirationen med fysiologiska mätmetoder och olika bildtekniker i både friska och sjuka människor. 

Forskningen relaterar till hypoxi och hyperoxi där vårt intresseområde varierar från hårt fysiskt arbete hos elitidrottare till patienter med akut och kronisk lungembolism. Magnetresonanstomografi är en av våra primära metoder.
