You will study learning and leadership in relation to university studies and to the health care field. During the degree project, students choose one in-depth specialized area from either: academic management, educational development work, professional development or subject didactics within the field of medicine and health care. You will, based on pedagogical theories and the best available evidence, learn how to design, review, supervise and stimulate learning processes and develop medical study programmes.
Your individual pedagogical practice is central in the education and you will perform empirical studies based on this where design, processes and results are shared with the other course participants and tutors/supervisors on-line using a LMS platform.
