Reporting results in Ladok - doctoral courses

Denna sida på svenska

Approved course results are to be reported in Ladok for all categories of course participants (not only KI doctoral students). As a basis for reporting in Ladok, the course leader is responsible for handing in a result list (Result list doctoral courses) to the study administrator at the department where the course is held. This should be done within 14 days after the end of the course.

Since Ladok reporting for all course participants was introduced April 1, 2014, course certificates are no longer issued. For course participants that are not registered doctoral students at KI, a special certificate can be printed from Ladok.

For detailed information about how the reporting of results in Ladok at KI should be handled, see (documents only in Swedish):

Studieadministrativa regler med Ladok som systemstöd vid KI
Anvisningar för dokumentation av utbildning på forskarnivå i Ladok

Please note that the routines for reporting results in Ladok will be changed when the new Ladok system is implemented during the autumn of 2017. Read more about New Ladok and how it affects doctoral courses.

Archiving rules for doctoral courses are listed in the Document management plan (Dokumenthanteringsplan – only in Swedish) for Karolinska Institutet.
