E-learning course for result management in the new Ladok system
A mandatory e-learning course has been developed for teachers and examiners who will report results or sign grades in new Ladok at undergraduate and graduate level.
New user groups
Karolinska Institutet will get a new Ladok system in November 2017 (13-17 November). The new system will open up for new users as teachers, examiners, supervisors and students.
To prepare for the new working procedures around the results management in new Ladok, we have the possibility to use new Ladok’s interface for reporting results and signing grades for students at undergraduate and graduate level.
In the new system, teachers will be able to report results directly in the system and examiners will sign the grades in the system. To be authorized to use the system, as a reporting teacher and/or an examiner you have to take the mandatory e-learning course.
Access to the e-learning course
Information with instructions and link to the e-learning course has been sent to all responsible for undergraduate studies, heads of administration and programme committees.
All examiners must take the e-learning course but it is up to each institution to decide which of the teachers who shall have the authority to report results. An administrator can, just like today, report results instead of a teacher.
