About the lecturer:
Susanne Hedin is a senior consultant and trainer in rhetoric and communication skills with more than fifteen years' experience with assignments in private enterprises, non-profit organisations and public bodies.
She also lectures at Lund University and has a degree in logomi (voice and speech therapy focusing on communication).
