I am currently a postdoctoral research fellow at the Department of Nutrition at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health in Boston, USA, where I study the association between dietary patterns and cardiovascular disease among individuals with hypertension.
My doctoral thesis, which I defended in March 2014, covers the evaluation of two web-based food frequency questionnaires with regards to validity and reproducibility. The thesis also describes two prospective cohort studies on diet and physical activity in relation to the risk of contracting upper respiratory tract infection.
