About me

  • I am a Board-certified Neurosurgeon and research clinician with clinical,
    academic and pharmaceutical industry experience. I have a proven track record
    in experimental neuroscience, neuro-oncology and functional neurosurgery,
    with over 50 publications in international journals.
    • Board certified Clinical Neurosurgeon specializing in functional
    neurosurgery, surgical neuro-oncology and pediatric neurosurgery, with
    leadership experience as Residency Program Director at the Department of
    Neurosurgery, Karolinska University Hospital.
    • Associate Clinical Professor of Neurosurgery at the Karolinska Institute
    with independently funded research. Proven track record in experimental
    neuroscience, neuro-oncology, and functional neurosurgery with 50
    publications in international journals since 1984. Consultant research
    clinician in translational drug and device development projects.
    • Clinical Research Physician in the biopharmaceutical industry in
    neuroscience field. Strategic expertise in all stages of drug development and
    across several global markets, including European countries, North America
    and Japan. Skilful in Key Opinion Leader development and establishment of
    peer-to-peer contacts.
