As project leader for Biomedicum I am responsible for developing an effective project organization, activities taking place and that the goals are met. I work in close collaboration with the five Heads of Departments and department personnel moving into KI's new ultramodern research laboratory in 2018 to ensure that students' and researchers' needs are met and in place to fully exploit the opportunities the new building provides.
I have more than 20 years of experience of strategic project leadership of complex projects. Primarily research and development projects in the pharmaceutical industry, but also in the public sector. In my opinion project leadership and project organization must be built to reflect the project's vision, objectives and type. Since all projects are different variety and flexibility are important and stimulating components.
