About me

  • Babak Hooshmand is an attending neurologist based mainly in Germany. In
    addition to his medical degree, he has a PhD degree and a master’s degree
    in Public Health Nutrition, both achieved at Karolinska Institute. His major
    research interests include the impact of nutritional and vascular risk
    factors on dementia, cognitive performance, and structural brain changes in
    population-based as well as clinical-based studies.
