Before half-time control, licentiate seminar or dissertation at NVS
Here we remind of some practical things and the routines at the department of NVS.
Before half-time control
Half-time control should occur two years after registration to PhD studies, when studying on full time.
Before half-time control, fill in the NVS half time check list and send it to the FoU member at your division at least 5 weeks before the planned half-time control for approval. Attach a list from LADOK where the manditory courses are marked.
Forward the documents to the half time committée 3 weeks before the half time control.
Guide lines for half-time control and what the application should contain, please read the KI central pages.
Please send details of your half-time control to the NVS head webmaster, for listing the event on KI Calender and announcement within the department. Title, date and time, together with name of supervisors and of the board members.
