Singapore's Minister for Education visited KI on Monday after a signing ceremony at Rosenbad.

On Monday morning, Swedish education minister Jan Björklund signed an agreement with his Singapore counterpart, Dr Ng Eng Hen, on greater cooperation between the countries in the fields of education, research and innovation. Also attending the signing and the ensuing lunch at Rosenbad was KI president Harriet Wallberg-Henriksson and Professor Jan Carlstedt-Duke, also from KI.

After the signing, Dr Ng visited Karolinska Institutet, where he discussed KI's collaboration with Singapore on research and innovation. He also visited the PET centre for a demonstration of the new PET scanner.
