Registry-based research in Sweden - past, present and future

Unit of Upper Gastrointestinal Research at the Department of Molecular Medicine and Surgery at Karolinska Institutet invites you to a conference on registry-based research.

We will listen to representatives from Umeå University, SBU, Riksdagen, Karolinska Institutet and Harvard University who will give their view when it comes to limitations, challenges and opportunities that Swedish registers have and what we can do to improve in the future. During this conference the topic funding will be discussed and you will also have a chance to ask fund givers from the Swedish Research Council, Swedish Cancer Society, Swedish Council for Working Life and Social Research and the Government questions.

Everyone with an interest in registry-based research is welcome!

The conference fee is 1000 SEK and for students 500 SEK, including food and beverages.
