2013-06-1409:00 to 12:00 Lecture hall Jacob Berzelius, Berzelius väg 3

Welcome to a unique seminar with David and Alice Kolb on the topic 'New Frontiers in Experiential Learning'.

David and Alice Kolb will share their latest work on the role of experience and context in learning, learning spaces, learning flexibility and deliberate experiential learning. Experiential Learning Theory models learning as being centred on personal experience and humanistic values. The theory was systematised by David Kolb in 1984 and has since been used worldwide as a framework for designing meaningful learning experiences.

At Karolinska Institutet, the theory has been used in the design of leadership, simulation, and team-building courses. You now have an exclusive opportunity to learn about the latest developments of the theory directly from the source.
