Molecular Medicine course, Bachelor's Programme in Biomedicine
The Molecular Medicine course (15 ECTS) runs in term 5 of the Bachelor’s Programme in Biomedicine (180 ECTS) at Karolinska Institutet. The course covers the basics of the molecular, cellular and physiological mechanisms, pathology, diagnosis and treatment of common diseases of the circulatory, respiratory, gastric and endocrine organs. The course leader is Rachel Fisher.
Master’s Programme in Biomedicine
Rachel Fisher is the Director of Studies for the Master’s Programme in Biomedicine (120 ECTS) at Karolinska Institutet. This programme provides an extensive contemporary knowledge of and a strong foundation for independent work within the fields of biomedicine and molecular medicine.
Centre for Clinical Education
The Centre for Clinical Education has the overall responsibility for the quality and coordination of clinical education at the university level throughout the healthcare system in Stockholm County. The Director for the North West region within the Centre for Clinical Education is Ewa Ehrenborg.
