Application for eligibility assessment
All prospective doctoral students must meet both the general and the specific eligibility requirements for doctoral studies. The application for eligibility assessment (application form 1) should be submitted to the central administration at Karolinska Institutet (to the address found in the application form).
Please note that the application for eligibility assessment (application form 1) must be approved before you can apply for admission (application form 2). The processing times for eligibility assessments may be up to three weeks. If your application is incomplete, it may take longer.
In order to simplify the process, the Department of Medicine, Solna has a checklist. The checklist must be signed by the main supervisor and the head of the research unit (Note! Not the head of the hospital department).
The complete application, one original (one-sided), and 9 copies (two-sided), together with the checklist, must be handed in to administrative officer Lillemor Melander, by the date stated below (see deadline for application).
At our department you must apply for approval of half-time seminar. You will find the form for application at the bottom of this page. Send the application to email@example.com.
