Title: “Deconstructing the cellular heterogeneity of murine skin

Brief summary: 
The murine epidermis is one of the most important model organs for tissue stem cell biology and regenerative medicine. Using confetti lineage tracing, single cell transcriptomics and tumor mouse models we are exploring the clonal dynamics and plasticity of tissue stem cells during homeostasis, repair and tumor initiation.
