Dr Innocenti has a track record of about 80 peer reviewed publications (H=33) in pharmacogenomics and oncology published e.g. in J Nat Cancer Inst, Cancer Res, Clin Cancer Res, J Clin Oncol, and Clin Pharm Ther.

Current or previous memberships of Editorial Boards in e.g. Pharmacogenomics,  Human Genomics and Proteomics Pharmacogenetics, and Genomics, Clin Pharm Ther and Journal of Clinical Oncology.

His research aims to provide knowledge and tools for the implementation of precision medicine into the clinics.
