Presenter: Xiaoli Hu, MD, PhD, Investment Professional
Personal bio: Xiaoli currently works at HealthCap as an investment associate with job responsibilities covering nearly all stages of an investment life cycle. Having spent over three years in the cozy Nordic biotech community, she found professional success at a high level, leveraging investment skillsets by participating in exciting deal transactions, and expanding business connections with passionate people. Before making a serendipitous leap to life science investment from the traditional medical/ scientific world, she received her MD from Shanghai Jiao Tong University with two years of surgery training, and after that PhD from Karolinska Insititutet in the field of lipid metabolism.Contact person: Kerstin Beckenius
