Getting your foot in the global health door through internships

2016-10-2617:00 to 18:30 Torget, Berzelius väg 3 (BZ) University LibraryCampus SolnaCareer Service

One of the best ways to start your career after graduating is to complete an internship, it lets you use the knowledge you obtained through your programme and apply it to the real world.

Caity Jackson, alumni of Karolinska Institutet's 2014 Master of Global Health class works as a consultant in her own firm here in Stockholm. She has years of experience speaking about how to start your career in the global healthcare field and works with students and young professionals to help guide them through the beginnings of their career paths.

Child Family Health International (CFHI) is one of these internships providers. Caity works as the Director of European Engagement for CFHI and will present a little about how the programmes work and how an internship can help build your CV and launch you into your career.
