Speech and Language Pathology Program
The study program in speech and language pathology at the Karolinska Institute is a 4-year program. The program leads to a degree in Speech and Language Pathology, which is a professional degree at advanced level one year. Twenty-eight students are accepted yearly and admission is each fall term.
A degree project in speech and language pathology, 30 credits, is completed during the last semester.
Speech and language pathologist is a regulated profession and the student has to apply at the National Board of Health and Welfare for a license to practice as a speech and language pathologist after graduation.
